Remote Field Testing (RFT), detection of internal or external degradation in ferromagnetic tubes.
Eddy Current Testing (ECT) for non ferromagnetic materials or alloys slightly magnetic.
Near Field Testing (NFT), specifically designed for inspecting aero-coolers or tubes with fins without the necessity of external reference patterns.
Flux Leakage Testing (FLT): magnetization of the material and detection on disruptions in the magnetic field, for ferromagnetic fields.
On the other hand we provide MFL inspection for tank floors combined with ultrasonic inspections in accordance with API 653.
El end of this service is to determine the mechanical estate of the tank and define repairs/replacements if needed.
